We Accept:

• Cash, check or credit card payments (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover)
• CareCredit®, whichallows you to make interest-free payments for up to a year (Click Here To Apply Online)
• Senior citizen discounts for all citizens age 65 and over. Seniors will receive a courtesy discount of 10%. This may not be combined with the Pre-Payment Discount or Care Credit.

INTRODUCING THE COMMUNITY DENTAL PLAN

The Community Dental Plan is designed to give individuals with no dental insurance an affordable solution for the entire family. With the Community Dental Plan, you eliminate monthly deductibles and only pay when you have certain dental work done. Best of all, there is no waiting period and no limitations.

With the Community Dental Plan, you simply pay a single low annual fee. Each additional family member can join for a discounted price. On top of a significant discount on your dental work, you'll receive free x-rays, free exams, free whitening and free cleanings. The Community Dental Plan is available to all patients.
